RETROFIT OR INTEGRATION
For retrofit into existing filling lines or integration of the peristaltic filling technology into other manufacturers' filling lines, Flexicon offers to pack multiple filling heads into a stainless steel filling trolley.
UP TO 16 FILLING HEADS
Watson-Marlow Flexicon offers trolley design for 2 to 16 filling stations of different types of Watson-Marlow Flexicon filling heads. The MC12P master control can either be integrated in the trolley or integrated in the control panel of the main machine.
Various accessories can be offered such as stainless steel feeding manifolds, casters and filling needles.
EASY-TO-CLEAN DESIGN
By packing the filling heads into a stainless steel trolley, the machine integrator achieves an easy-to-clean design with a

minimum of exposed wires and connections. Watson-Marlow Flexicon offers to customize the interface to customer specifications.
In cooperation with other filling machine manufactures, Watson-Marlow Flexicon's filling trolleys have been integrated in lines with a vial output of up to 400 vials per minute.
