SCOPE OF APPLICATION
Allows machine manufacturers to control Watson-Marlow Flexicon fillers directly from their own PLC/HMI. No extra key-pad or dis-plays are necessary!
- Communicates with PLC/HMI via industrial field bus (DeviceNet or Profibus)
- Allows for adjustment of filling parameters or programs via an existing PLC / HMI
- Allows for data collection from all processes/functions on the entire the filling line
- Filling weight signals for automatic recalibration of individual fillers can be sent via existing PLC.
- Can communicate with up to 16 filling units (All versions of PD12, PD22 or GD30 )
- Filling in parallel, serial or individual mode is standard
- Compact design and detailed installation guide ensure easy integration
- Programmed according to GAMP
