FPC50 FULLY AUTOMATIC ASEPTIC FILLING, PLUGGING AND CRIMP CAPPING SYSTEM
FPC50 is a universal and aseptic tabletop filling system with integrated full or partial plugging of rubber 13 mm and 20 mm stoppers and crimp capping of both 13 mm and 20 mm flip-off aluminium caps. The system is ideal for use in pharmaceutical R&D departments and bio-pharma companies that aim at avoiding transfer of delicate, expensive and critical products to other facilities.

EASY HANDLING AND CHANGE-OVER
As the stainless steel vibrator bowls are capable of handling both 13 mm and 20 mm plugs and caps, change parts only consist of the chute, jaws and piston, which are easily exchanged. Adjustable working beam with centrally adjusted guides conveys vials between working stations. Thus no change parts are required for the entire vial range.
LAF / ISOLATOR
FPC50 is designed to integrate into a LAF cabinet or an isolator. All materials and surfaces are designed to GMP standards for aseptic filling.
